Q: Is it recommended that I place a team order to save on shipping?A: Yes, by placing a team order with multiple items to one location, you will save with combined shipping. GE Vernova benefits with these savings.
Q: How is shipping billed?A: Shipping is added to your order and will be charged to your P-card/credit card when your order ships.
Q: How long does an order take to ship?A: After your order is placed, it will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped from Sterling, IL (USA) using UPS Ground or by expedited options chosen at checkout.
Q: What is the return policy?A: Please contact our Customer Service via email at gevernova-cs@halo.com to advise them of your return request. Customer Service will review return options with you.
Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset it?A: Please email our customer service team at gevernova-cs@halo.com.
Q: Do you restock sold out products?A: Yes, all sold out products will be restocked as quickly as possible. If any item is discontinued or will be no longer available, our customer service team will reach out to advise you and recommend a comparable alternate item.

Q: How do I track my order?A: If your order was placed under your account, please ensure you are logged in to your account to view this tracking information. Under your account you will find “View Orders.” Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be available. A shipment notification will also be emailed with tracking information.
Q: Can I order items in bulk?A: For bulk orders, please contact gevernovateamhalo@halo.com. GE Vernova benefits in price breaks for bulk orders.
Q: Can I order an item that is not offered on the store?A: For custom orders, please contact gevernovateamhalo@halo.com.
